Section 29, officially Infield Grandstand 29, is down the third base side, just past third base. Sections 28 through 33 were built in 1934.
Capacity increased in this section because the Third Base Deck concession area created walking room in back. The former walkway is now taken up by rows 17 and 18. Row 18 was added in 2016. In 1975 capacity was 430; today it is 453 in 18 rows.
The area in front of Row 1 serves as a walkway, so seats in Row 1 have long leg room.
The following are “ghost seats” that do not exist: 17/1 through 17/4, 18/1 through 18/8, and 18/17.
Rows 1 through 10 are higher priced than rows 11 through 18.
Best seat: Row 1 Seat 26 (aisle)
Worst seat: Row 3 Seat 26 (worst seat behind pole 29/30)
